Cricinshots gets pre-seed funding from Antler India

Web3 cricket strategy Cricinshots game has raised an undisclosed sum in its pre-seed round of funding from Antler India.

Cricinshots was founded in 2021 by Harsh Savergaonkar and Aditya Kasibhatla. It will use the money to grow the staff and the product.

Cricinshot is set in the 30th century in a Type 3 Kardashev civilization where users must travel the universe, assemble an intergalactic squad, and overcome rivals in tactical cricket gameplay that has never been seen before.

“India loves cricket, so it seemed like the most natural first step to building new-age games with Wega Labs. Also, both traditional and modern cricket games lack solid strategy elements and fail at long-term engagement, and we are solving this with Cricinshots. The larger vision is to build games in multiple genres, which will come together to form an interoperable metaverse,” said Savergaonka.

Floryo receives $2M in pre-Series A round led by 3one4 Capital

Floryo, a D2C processed flour brand run by Pitchfork Foods Pvt Ltd, has raised $2 million in pre-Series A round of funding.

The round was led by 3one4 Capital.

Out of $2 million in funding, $1.6 million has been raised through equity financing and the remaining $400K is provided by Alteria Capital as venture debt.

Other investors who participated in the round include Vivek Gupta and Abhay Hanjura (Licious co-founders), Cred’s founder Kunal Shah, boAt co-founders Aman Gupta and Sameer Mehta, and Varun Alagh of Mamaearth, among others.

Vidcare secures $300K in pre-seed funding round

Vidcare Technologies, a diagnostic startup based in Pune, has raised $300K in a pre-seed funding round led by Social Alpha.

Lavni Ventures and Derbi Foundation also participated in the round.

Vidcare which was founded in 2017, will utilize the funding to develop its product, clinical testing, and early commercialization.  

HealthAssure receives Rs50Cr in pre-Series B round

HealthAssure has raised Rs 50 crore in the pre-series B funding round led by Rajiv Dadlani Group.

The other investors who participated in the round include Blume Ventures, Leo Capital, an unnamed US-based impact fund, family offices, and HNIs.

HealthAssure was established in 2011. To provide for primary care requirements, the organization has agreements with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and physicians in addition to insurance companies including LIC, SBI Life, Niva Bupa, Care Insurance, and ICICI Prudential, among others.

Electric 2-wheeler startup Ultraviolette gets funding from Exor Capital

Ultraviolette Automotive Pvt. Ltd., an electric 2-wheeler startup, has secured an undisclosed amount of funding from Amsterdam-based Exor Capital.

The current fundraising is a part of an ongoing Series D round of funding.

Commenting on the development, Narayan Subramaniam, co-founder and CEO of Ultraviolette said, “with this investment, we now have a diversified group of Indian and international institutional investors backing us in our journey and vision of shaping a new era of mobility not just in India but in global markets as well.”
